Swan Hill Inc has developed a Seven Year Strategic Plan which runs from 2001 - 2014 and provides long term guidance to Swan Hill Inc in the expenditure of its marketing funds which is undertaken via its Annual Marketing Plan and Budget. The Annual Marketing Plan and Budget is a seperate docuemnt but should be read in conjunction with this overall Seven Year Strategic Plan.
This strategy has been developed by the Board of Swan Hill Incorporated which specifically includes representatives of tourism and hospitality, retail, industrial, trade and professional service sectors, a number of skills based positions including, finance and legal and a Councillor of the Swan Hill Rural

This Seven Year Strategy will be reviewed and revised to ensure its relevance to the needs of promoting the Swan Hill region.
