Adding an event to the calendar:

  1. Log in to the site using PublicUser as username and swanhillonline as password..
  2. Navigate to the calendar.
  3. This shows us the calendar navigation buttons and the calendar.
  4. Select Add New Event at the base of the calendar.
  5. Fill in the details of the event. If no color is selected, the color defaults to the default value for the event category.
  6. Select the access level - Public allows the event to be viewed by everyone once approved.
  7. Select the calendar button and fill in the dates.
  8. Save the item.
NOTE: This is a moderated Calendar of Events, all events will be moderated prior to approval and display in the calendar above.
